The speaker of parliament Rebeca Kadaga warned female members of parliament to dress in a decent manner which does not make male MPs uncomfortable. Kadaga pointed out that ministers who sit on front bench of the parliamentary chamber should be careful of their dressing so that they do not interfere unnecessarily with other members.

She also warned male parliamentarians not to walk into the chamber with vests which expose their muscles to other MPs. She further told the MPs to eat in the manner that gives them respect.
