Lydia Draru, the key suspect in the murder of former Army commander, Maj. Gen. James Kazini will reappear in court on April 15th, 2010.
Draru appeared before Makindye Grade One magistrate Maxecia Namagembe on Monday who further remanded her until 15th April for mention of the case.
This is the eighth time Draru is appearing before the same Court in connection to murder of Maj. Gen. James Kazini since her arrest last year.
Prosecution tells court that investigation into the matter are complete,and that the file is still being perused.
Gen. James Kazini was allegedly murdered by his longtime girl friend, Lydia Draru Atim, in Namuwongo, a Kampala suburb, during a scuffle at her residence in November 2009.
