The police are holding two suspects it arrested last night in connection to aggravated robbery and thefts in Kampala.

The Spokesperson of Uganda Police, Judith Nabakooba says Police have recovered one gun from the suspects.

Nabakooba says police believes the suspects are part of the group which has been staging illegal road blocks in Kampala and rob people.

Nabakooba says the suspects will be charged with aggravated robbery and theft.

She has not revealed the details of the suspects saying this may jeopardize police investigations.
