However we must take note that Section 15(6)(d) of the Equal Opportunities Act 2007 prohibits the commission from doing the very work it was orchestrated to do by stopping the commission from investigating any matters which are considered by the majority of the cultural groupings to be immoral or socially unacceptable. Of course people have always been discriminated by the majority who consider them unacceptable or immoral. So how does the commission intend to ensure equal opportunities and non discrimination when the act itself is discriminative in the first place?

Especially in the employment sector. they are still observed has a misfortune by the society, the employers themselves and the initiators of the equal opportunity commission has a program are not doing any follow on the implementation at the grass root.
