Pastor Kayanja homosexuality allegations case hearing flops

Hearing of a case in which Pastor Moses Solomon Male and 5 others are accused on allegations of injuring the reputation of Pastor Robert Kayanja of Lubaga Miracle Centre has flopped.

The development comes after prosecution led by Stephen Asaba told court that there were no witnesses.

Buganda road court Grade 1 Magistrate John Patrick Wekesa has adjourned the matter till tomorrow for further hearing.

The prosecution has so far produced 7 witnesses in court.

The defence lawyers led by Kato Ssekabanja say they will ask court to compel prosecution to close its case tomorrow.

Robert Male is accused along with Pastor Michael Kyazze, Bob Kayiira, Martin Ssempa, city Musician David Mukalazi and a state house employee Deborah Kyomuhendo.

Prosecution accuses the 6 of conspiring to injure the reputation of Kayanja by alleging that he is involved in sodomy acts.
