Am the codinator of ASANIX YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATIOM, we applied forthe Youth Fund but upto now we got nathing and we hear about people being helped by you (minister Ronald kibuule)We request to help us also becouse we have all the requiements needed.

That’s a wonderful communication, but more work has to be done with these kids other than taking them to school under UPE. Besides, most of these kids have dropped out of primary school due to the fact that their families could not support them while at school, due to the extra costs required under UPE schools. What is the department’s plan to empower families and or make sure than children can provide the extra requirements needed? i.e Development fee of 10400UGX and not less than 30,000 towards meals?? How can we get in direct contact with Mr. Ronald Kibule?
