Don’t exceed 20 minutes of steaming. Cool off your body after each session of steaming. Cool the body with fresh air and cool water.
Avoid shivering, never start a fresh session of steaming if your body is warm or hot and never change from one type of steaming bath to another till you have cooled down properly.
