Dangers of taking alcohol on an empty stomach

As soon as alcohol or booze is consumed, the glucose in your body starts to break it down although some is absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
Therefore eating food before drinking alcohol, liquor, beer, wine, and or any other strong drink reduces on the dangers of taking alcohol on empty stomachs.

Eat foods that are rich in fats, proteins, and dense carbohydrates. The foods that are rich in carbohydrates create glucose and give energy.

Eating food before one consuming alcohol helps one to slow the absorption process and rate at which someone gets drunk.

Taking alcohol on an empty stomach can result in hunger, sickness and vomiting among other side effects.
