How not drinking enough water is dangerous to our health

Not drinking enough water is dangerous to our health. It is good to allow adequate hydration in order to allow the bodies function well.

Consequently not taking enough water causes dehydration. It’s recommended by the doctors to take six (6) to eight (8) glasses of boiled clean water a day.

This is because dehydration can be a constant cause of constipation, nausea, frequent headaches and in some cases, making one prone to urinary track infections.

If a person finds drinking water unpalatable, they could add a few slices of lemon or lime. However in cases of searing heat, where one sweats a lot, an extra litre of water a day is recommended by the doctors.
