The information that has come on our news desk indicates that Picfare Group of companies, one of the East Africa’s largest manufacturing Group of industries has lined up 100 jobs to be grabbed by unemployed Ugandans.

The company has announced its plans of recruiting result oriented, team players, versatile, ambitious, and frugal young fresh graduates to be designated as Sales Administrators. The candidates to be recruited must be willing to work under considerable work pressure as Management Trainees.

The candidates shall be introduced to the entire production processes and subjected to rigorous theoretical and technical training for a period of 6-12 months depending on learning capacity that is geared at preparing them for major management roles in the business.

The sources in Picfare told us that the appropriate candidates should possess the following attributes:
• A good undergraduate Degree in the relevant field strictly from Makerere
University Business School; • Readiness to work in a competitive business environment; • Willingness to execute a time-bound Employment. • Readiness to work in Kampala with the flexibility to travel extensively as and when necessary; • High degree of individual discipline is a must.
