Ugandans now need police permission to contest for MP

Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu has reacted angrily on Tuesday’s brutal arrest of Kyadondo East MP in Uganda’s 9th parliament Ssemujju Nganda.
Nganda was arrested after in his capacity as area MP wanted to interface with his electorates but police denied him audience and later imprisoned him.
Gen. Muntu anticipates that very soon one will need a permission from police to stand as MP, Councilor and soon or later a permission from police to make convenience call!!! Muntu, who is also the FDC National Mobiliser, says thatUgandahas gone to the dogs but Ugandans should not accept president Museveni’s government to impose mal- administration on people.
