Many people have tried to lose weight but all in vain.You don’t need gym to cut that fat in your body all you need is to add some salads on your diet.salads contain calories than any other food ,they are light and  contain many great vegetables and fruits that are good for your body. Eat a small salad beforehand and you will feel more satisfied before your real meal.
