Quack doctor arrested in Mulago Hospital

A quack doctor at Mulago Hospital run out of luck today.

Ismail Kiseka has been masquerading as a clinical officer at the Uganda Cancer of Institute.

The spokesperson for Mulago National Referral Hospital Enoch Kusaasira says the man was not found with any identification document upon arrest.

He was apprehended as he attempted to extort money from a patient for a CT scan, which the patient did not even need.

Kiseka is to be charged with impersonation.
