How to gain human body weight: The normal Body Mass Index (BMI) is 18.5 to 25. The Body Mass Index of less that 18.5 are being underweight or undersize.

 

But one can gain his or her body weight by enriching his or her diet; eat foods that are rich in vitamins including fruits as well as milk and beans.

 

Foods rich in fats have the highest amount of calories. Also plant fats e.g. ground nuts, peanuts, butter and avocado have an advantage over animal fat. This is because these plants increase the level of good cholesterol.

 

Supplement plant fats with a little fish, eggs and dairy products. Also eat snacks rich in calories in between your major meals. These may include fruits, nuts, whole grain bread, biscuits and chocolates.
