Or how have the members of this organisation benefitted from its existence? Or who has benefitted a lot from this organisation. Why does the headquarters of this organisation have to be always in the UK and it does not rotate say to be in Kampala for the next 10 years rotation. BUT THE TAXES SUCH AS EMPLOYMENT expenditure all end up in the already advanced UK and wont benefit the third world countries such as Uganda.
