However the issue of solving problems regarding performance but it has come to be that it does not answer such expectations even if you have modelled it. It only does some thing like solving some problems which must be enlisted so that the customers can know what to expect from the Kaplan and Norton adapted processes and the limitations. Why is Kaplan & Norton.

Even if it appears one of the latest measurement process, it is not good for Africa where human resources and skills are still leaving lots of gaps towards performance. So it is better you improve on your performance improvement programs that demand results from the yet ignorant and semi skilled population of management processes in Africa. They need the development of a program that can speak to the needs of African business and not the programs that speak to European and American processes. Remember we are not yet even in the middle class management prowess but we shall get there. Think about it. I’m not demeaning your endeavours to pronounce yourself as astute innovators of such performance based and more in this area of performance.

Also the investment arm of the organisations you list above are just but focussing on investments and risk management. What they need is not your program but an idea so that a good program can be developed which speaks to the needs of the region and all other stakeholders. You need to do further research into this in terms of involving all stakeholders so that your expectations don’t fail. Who knows if I ever became a CEO ,I would like to come on board when your innovations are performing but not failing.

For me I need tangible results performance related programs that meets client’s needs as well as your own needs. Are you managing your risks?
There is a lot to be discussed but there is not enough time and space. Concerned East African.

No body should be excited about Kaplan’s model. I know Kaplan’s model but it is not good for Africa and its business. However much it is adapted,it has its limitaations. Kaplan’s models dodges on issues regarding gaps which come with corporate governance and performance. What it does is just another generic profiling of audit programs which to me are not gona answer the whims and winds of commercialised thinking and agenda of business process without looking deeply into risks both in private and public sector organisations.
I will be glad to understand that a lot of researchable pronouncements suitable for all stakeholders have been discussed in academic and corporate level management so as to buy your products. So be aware that you have not even been humbled to tell us the short comings of your products. So why should the region be amazed or be obsessed with your product which has hurdles.
