I think it is not the troops issue at all. DRC has its own problems to solve. To me I think the issue is economic orientation. Why? Rwanda ,Kenya and Uganda want things to move faster to benefit their land locked countries including South Sudan. But the TZ thinks since it has a wider coast line and ports ,can do without the East African Affair which is wrong as brothers. Now the issue of EAC collapsing is also far fetched than a reality when things are in formative stages. Hence this cannot allude collapse. But one time I hear Kenya and Uganda ran EAC when TZ which was part also pulled out because I hear they could not compete or match the pace of intellectual development at the time .But it even became worse when Iddi Amin was ruling Uganda, TZ developed cold feet on the East African front. So which is which?
