In a bid to extend easy access to health information to adolescents in the country, government, through the health ministry, is soon launching a new health information App. Speaking to the reproductive health programme officer in the ministry Olivia Kikyonkyo,, on the new App, she explains that they intend to install it on smart phones to enable the youth access health information as a way to keep them updated on the health dangers they are likely to meet and how to over come them.

The App in its final stages of complication is being developed by development partners and government. Government now says this is one of the ways in which it is trying to ensure that youth get access to information easily and freely.
