Netherlands grants 1.8B to KCCA for the expansion of Kyanja Agriculture Centre

KCCA has inked an agreement with the Kingdom of the Netherlands for a 100% grant to the tune of EURO 420,000 (Approximate UGX 1.8Bn) towards a feasibility study to expand the capacity of Kyanja Agriculture Resource Centre through Develop2Build programme.

The the Dutch programme is a Government-to-Government initiative that provides funding for preliminary studies needed for infrastructural projects as well as technical support and capacity building with an aim of creating positive impact on people, the environment and society.

The Ambassador, Henk Jan Bakker signed on behalf of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
