Activists to use MTN marathon to fight homosexuality in Uganda

Renowned anti gay activist, Pastor Martin Sempa is planning to use the MTN marathon as the platform to fight homosexuality and human sacrifice in the country.

Sempa accompanied by fellow anti gay enthusiasts made the announcement after registering  to take part in the 2010 MTN marathon, an annual athletics event organised by telecom giants MTN to raise funds fro social causes while promoting health.

Sempa says he has signed up for the race to raise awareness against what he called immoral acts within the society and homosexuality is one of them.

The Pastor says he has mobilised fellow pastors and musicians and well wishers to run in the MTN marathon race scheduled for Saturday December 6th 2010.

The MTN marathon is in its eighth edition and is expected to attracted many corporate runners from within and around Kampala.

The company says proceeds from marathon will go to a cause indentified by the Uganda Red Cross society.
