Africans states warned against turmoil

The security minister, Hon. Mululi Mukasa is cautioning liberated African states to always remember their history before liberation to avoid moving back into turmoil with the recent incident being in S.Sudan which has been fighting just after a couple of years after liberation.

Mukasa’s caution comes at a time when the NRM govt is preparing to mark her 28th year of rule come 26th January since liberation in 1986 with the main celebrations to be held in Mayuge district under the theme, joining hands to shape our destiny.

At the same function the president will award medals to a number of Ugandans who have since contributed to the development of this great nation.

Mululi Mukasa continues to give the significance of this day to Uganda though many Ugandans have down played its importance to them and the nation.

When asked to explain why many African leaders have glued on power, the security minister mentions that they are voted by the electorates and still have to shape their states.
