The Department of Music Dance and Drama, Makerere University will be hosting the 2010 African Theatre Association (AfTA) International Conference in KampalaUganda. All scholars, researchers and practitioners interested in performance are welcome to submit their abstracts. The main Conference theme is ‘‘Performing Africa/Africa in performance: Theatre, Culture and Society in Africa’’. The following sub-theme categories should guide applicants be:
