Attorney General urges Ugandans to read more

The Attorney General of Uganda government, Dr. Khiddu Makubuya has urged Ugandans to read more books.

He says lack of reading culture undermines development in Uganda.

The Attorney General notes that the government has put in more efforts to develop information flow but the reading culture in Uganda is still low.

Addressing the residents of Wobulenzi trading centre in Luweero district today, Makubuya urged parents to encourage their children to read more books.

He also urged publishers and writers to avail more materials for Ugandans to read.
