Buganda donates food to landslides victims

 The landslides victims in Bududa district have today received another consignment of food from the office of the Katikkiro (prime minister) of Buganda, Eng. John Baptist Walusimbi.

 A total of 1,000 bags of maize flour and 700 bags of beans were delivered to vulnerable people of Bududa through Uganda Red Cross Society.

 The statement from Buganda kingdom signed by the Katikkiro says the food should be distributed equally to people affected by the landslides in Bududa.

 The landslides covered three villages of Bududa district last month killing over 90 people and over 300 others went missing.
