Bunyooro Kitara Kingdom to rehabilitates and open Royal tombs for tourism attraction

The Kingdom of Bunyooro Kitara has started a campaign aimed at rehabilitating all its Royal Tombs that are scatted in the kingdom. The tombs will be fixed up and opened as tourist attraction sites to promote the Bunyooro culture.

Bunyooro Kitara has over 30 well tombs in the districts of Kibaale Hoima Masindi Murchison falls national park, Mubende , Kiboga and Kyankwanzi. Other royal tombs are in Busoga, Nakasongola, Dokolo, Rwanda and part of Karagwe in Tanzania.

The kingdom premier Eng. Kiiza Yabezi says the kingdom is also developing a 200 million shillings to have all out flax of Bunyooro creation centre rehabilitee to suit the standard for tourism.
