The Police in Uganda are holding a man for sodomizing a boy. John Sseruwu, proprietor of Kwesiima Dry Cleaners located in central Uganda is accused of sodomising a 17 year old boy. In Uganda a person is considered as an adult when he/she is 18 years and above. Seruwu is charged of sodomizing an underage boy.

It is said that Sseruwu, 30, committed the offence on Tuesday after tying the victim with ropes. Seruwu had known the boy for a long time. The boy ran to police after being sodomised.

The police officer in charge of Masaka District, Henry Kavuma confirmed Sseruwu’s arrest and said medical examination report confirm that the boy was sodomised.
