Col.Innocent Oula sworn to replace General Sejusa

The acting Chief of Personnel and Administration, Col Innocent Oula has been sworn in this afternoon by the clerk to parliament as new army representative in parliament.

Oula was elected on 17th January as army representative replacing renegade General David Sejjusa, formerly the coordinator of intelligence services, who left the country without official leave from the army and parliament.

Still in parliament the former leader of opposition in parliament Nandala Mafabi has handed over office to the newly elected leader Wafula Oguttu.

Immediately he announced his hand over in parliament , Nandala joined Former vice president Gilbert Bukenya at the back bench were the former leaders sit.
