Common causes of low sperm count

 

Here is a list of the most common causes of low sperm
counts. Drugs such as cocaine and marijuana may cause low sperm count.

Drinking alcohol, exteneded use of computers and laptops is another cause of low sperm count.

Long-term sitting…such as driving and bicycling for a long
time, smoking, stress and obesity.

Medical issues sometimes are also responsible for low sperm count. The medical issues in question include varicocele, infections, inflammation of testicles and
prostate, ejaculation issues, anti-sperm antibodies, tumors, homonal imbalance, gluten intoleance and some medications.

However, exercise and eating a healthy diet can help you to increase your
sperm count.
