A Ugandan voter, Habib Buwembo has requested the Electrol Commission to get access and inspect the nomination papers of President Yoweri Tibuhabura Museveni.
He claims that he wants to state a complaint of fraud and forgery against President Museveni.
The letter that was sent by the Electrol Commission Says “As you are aware on November 2, 2020 you nominated Mr. Yoweri Tibuhabura Museveni premised on the nomination papers with the returning officers.
“As a registered voter vide CM82101106615C in excise of my civic duty under section 9 (b) of the Presidential Act, 2005 I request to please look at the nomination papers presented by Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Habib said
“The above will help me lodge a complaint against the fraud and forgery of Mr. Museveni and fortify the truth about his systematic forgery of academic papers, faking his age and other complaints that touch his moral turpitude and integrity.” He added
Much as the is the call for inspection, President Yoweri Museveni has been cleared over six times by the National Electrol Commission to compete for the presidential seat.
Though they are still staging complaints against him, he has won the past five times.
Museveni is competing with ten others for the Presidential seat in national elections to be held on January 14th Next year.
