The conflict of interest between KCCA’s Jeniffer Musisi and KCCA district land committee Yusufu Nsibambi has been unearthed.

The ongoing wrangles between Ms Musisi and the Kampala district land Boss Yusufu Nsibambi who is also a prominent lawyer in town ranges from the land in Kampala which is so prime that Ms Musisi wants to give to her bosses without following the proper procedure of the area land committee more so in a fraudulent manner that a man of Nsibambi’s caliber cannot accept.

We are told that Jenifer now opts to change the whole administration of the committee so as to bring in rubberstamp administrators whom she can influence upon decisions of her bosses. Upon realization of this, the lord mayor of Kampala, Erias Lukwago quickly intervened to give Nsibambi an office so as to form a solid frontline of professionals against Ms Jenifer Musisi.
