Mbaguta says that the condition has been tough to people who have taken long without finding jobs, and youths who are fresh from school and they cannot apply for some jobs because they have not acquired experience.

Mbaguta says that fresh graduates are now free to apply for any job so long as their profession allows them to do so.

Mbaguta said this at the closure of a seminar in Kampala that discussed how public service can be improved.

She also revealed that the government has plans to construct staff houses for public servants in all districts in order for public offices to be operational as early as possible each day.

Mbaguta says the move would improve service delivery and impact of government programmes amongst members of the public.
