FDC launches voter sensitization tour

The opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has kicked off its voter sensitization tour across the country a head of 2011 general elections.

The exercise is expected to begin on Tuesday.

The FDC Deputy Secretary for mobilization in Buganda region, Bwanika Bbale says the party has set aside 400 million shillings for the campaign.

Bwanika reveals that the exercise is meant to educate its supporters on the fourth coming elections.

He adds that they are also going to begin registering and financing supporters who are willing to stand for elective positions, from the grasroots to national level.
