Former Buganda Kingdom ministers led by Medard Lubega Seggona have teamed up with the former premier, Joseph Mulwanyammuli Ssemwogerere to form a pressure group that will agitate for Buganda Kingdom interests ahead of the 2011 Uganda elections.
Seggona, who is the Buganda Kingdom former Deputy Information Minister, is the coordinator of the goup code named “Ssuubi 2011” which will spearhead mobilization in the Buganda region.

The pressure group affiliated to all Uganda opposition political parties including the Democratic Party and Forum for Democratic Change will also advocate for political change in Buganda region. Seggona says the group will extend its activities to other areas outside Buganda Kingdom.
The former Buganda premier, Mulwanyammuli Ssemwogerere urged all people to join them in a bid to bring about political change in the country.
Ssemwogerere also dismissed reports that he is being an opportunist by joining the Inter Party Coalition.
