URA’s Apollo Kasami’s ex-girlfriend, Grace Katima is involved in a deadly family conflict. Kasami is one of the Directors of Uganda Revenue Authority (URA). The conflict started a couple of weeks back when Kasami made a deal with her young brother Ronald Mugasa in which the brother was to receive 10m and instead brought him 3m. We are told by a family pal that immediately after Ronald received the money from the sister he realised that it had some blood stains. The following day he lost his senses and his pals took him to his dad in Fort portal to seek the services of witchdoctors.

It seems the services worked because he stayed there for a few days and he regained his senses. On returning to Kamokya where he resides, he reportedly found his room broken and the money and the property he left there stolen. The first suspect who came on his mind was his sister Grace Katima. When Katima visited Mugasa a day after, the two reportedly fought and Katima was injured in the process.We are told Mugasa also threatened to kill his sister. Katima rushed to Kiira road police station and reported the case registered as SD 5/12/12/2011. As usual the police swung into action and arrested the boy.

The case was recorded by police detective Charles Tibagwa. At the police, we are told by the detectives that Mugasa pinned Katima of stealing his property and misguiding him to divorce his wife of three kids, Grace Namakula. The police also intervened into this issue of divorce and reunited Namakula with Mugasa.
