The energy minister, Hon. Irene Mulokni has today revealed to the press that yesterday government t together with oil companies signed an agreement that will see the drilling and selling of oil in the Albertine graben harmoniously executed.

According to Muloni the agreement entails that the oil will be refined to make fina, generate power among other products and hopes that by 2015 selling will have started.

She also adds that the delay in signing of the agreement was as a result of harmonizing all the sections that caused insecurity among the public.

She however notes that there will be drastic changes in the ministry of energy to see to it that the ministry and its new agencies are in line with the agreements to properly serve the nation.
