How to reduce fats in your body

 

Cholesterol is a fatty substance that is a natural part of every cell in your body. Your body needs it for proper healing, brain function and nerve transmission.
Your liver produces cholesterol, but it is also a byproduct of the food that you eat.
Stress, injuries and other aspects that negatively affect the body produces excess cholesterol as a healing response.
Many chronic or long-term health conditions will spike cholesterol levels and put you at risk of heart disease and stroke.
There are two types of cholesterol i.e Low-density lipoproteins [LDL (bad fats) and high-density lipoprotein [HDL] (good fats).

 

To reduce on cholesterol one needs to reduce on meat and milk intake plus junk foods and drinks. The sources of cholesterol may include ground nuts and avocado.
