As the Electoral Commission (EC) prepares to organize 2011 general elections, the President General of Justice Forum (Jeema), Kibirige Mayanja has cautioned it against conducts that may damage the integrity of the commission.

He urges EC to make zero tolerance to vote rigging, intimidation and indiscipline of some of the candidates.

Kibirige urges EC staff to be impartial at all times and organize elections in transparent manner possible. He was addressing a political rally in Kawempe division, Kampala today.
