Keneth Kakande wants to contest in Kyadondo South

It seems the Spokesperson of the Democratic Party, Kenneth Paul Kakande has discovered that he cannot win parliamentary elections in Nakawa division.

Kakande who has contested for MP in Nakawa constituency and lost both elections to NRM’s Fred Rukindi is now shifting his base to Kyadondo South, a constituency currently represented in parliament by Hon. Issa Kikungwe.

We are reliably informed that Kakande is now building a posh house in Masajja parish an area where the largest number of the voters in Kyadondo constituency stay/

Kakande is shifting goal posts at the time when the area MP Issa Kikungwe of the Democratic Party has already announced that he is not seeking reelection as area MP.

It looks as if Kikungwe has accepted Kakande to replace him because recently when the MP went for an operation in India it was Kakande who escorted him.

Kakande has also been heard calling meetings with political strategists in Makindye Sabagabo, an area that makes up Kyadondo South constituency.
