the hearing of the charges on the kampala lord mayor mayor Erias
Lukwago, Ingrid Turinawe and the kawempe division mayor mubarak
munyagwa Seruga this morning before chief magistrates court in kabale
on charges of inciting violence has floped after the chief Magistrate
and state attorney failed to appear.

Mubarak who is 33yrs on 14th july 2012 with Ingird Turinawe
Kamatenete of 39yrs and the kamapala lord mayor Erias Lukwago 39yrs
while addressing the forum for democratic
change in kabale stadium incited violence that is centrally to section
38(1) of Uganda penal code act.

The accused persons were represented by their lawyers Wilfred Mulumba
who was ready for the hearing but all in vain the Magistrate did not
appear for the proceedings.

Its allegedly that the following while on rally incited supporters who
injured four police men and three vehicles registration numbers up
1325,up 1923,and up 3226 as they were on daily duty.
The three will appear again before court on 18/03/ 2014 to answer
the same charges.
