The shadow minister for defense Kaps Hassan Fungarro has criticized government for deployment of the UPDF to South Sudan without parliamentary approval.
Speaking to journalists at parliament Fungaroo said that its illegal for uganda’s army to go for a war without parliament allowing it.
Fungaroo said that uganda’s army involvement in south sudan will make sudan citizens think that Uganda is its enemy.
He said that Uganda should push for peace talks instead of taking sides.
Over 700 people have died in the power struggle clash in south Sudan between the former vice Dr. Riek Machar and president Salva Kiir
