MP John Mulimba opposed government over private schools

Samia Bugwe north member of parliament John Mulimba has condemned the government’s decision ending its funding for universal secondary education students in private schools.

Mulimba, told journalists in kampala that it will be difficult to make USE successful if it withdraws sponsorship from private secondary school students because it has no enough facilities for students and the existing one are in poor state.
He said that government should first implement its policy of having the
schools in place before withdrawing support to schools which are
providing the services .
Mulimba argues that automatic withdraw is unfocussed and bound to deny
many beneficiaries the right to free secondary school education.
