mps mixes feeling whether sinled schools be closed.

Debate is raging on amongst some Members of Parliament on whether single sexed schools should be maintained or scrapped as a measure to curb homosexuality in schools across the country.
According to some MPs on the Parliamentary committee on presidential affairs, ministries of education and that of integrity should work together towards ensuring that students are not recruited into gay activities.
MPs Odonga Otto and Michael Mawanda say that single sexed schools may be a target to homosexuality promoters and if no interventions are made, students risk getting involved in gay activities.
Mawanda says even the decision by the directorate of integrity made mistakes to rely on NGOs to get information on schools suspected to be engaging in the homosexuality vice, and should develop own budget to do that.
