Fear and grief has gripped residents of Nalyazi village Ssi Sub County in Mukono district after a man only identified as Otieno hit another identified as Masaba to death.

Otieno allegedly hit Masaba on the head with a bar following a quarrel that had started from their drinking joint.

Witnesses say the quarrel started from Masaba accusing Otieno of luring married women into extra marital affairs.

The area LC 1 chairperson, Habib Kikomeko says Otieno had way laid the deceased before the attack.

This murder follows police reports of an increase in such criminal cases in the area.
