Mike Mukula has decided to relocate his new air crafts to Kenya over failure by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to grant him an operating license for his aviation school.
Uganda Aviation School, the first of its kind to venture into aviation industry in Uganda was to start training cabin crew, pilots, engineers, flight operators and general aviation personnel.
The Director of the school, Flight Captain George Michael Mukula says they are maliciously being denied a license by CAA because of their incompetence to manage and administer the operations of the school.
Mukula has also prepared a legal suit against CAA following allegations made last week at Parliament purporting that he Mukula almost killed President Museveni during campaigns when the President had a ride in one of the helicopter he offered to NRM yet it was cleared by the Authority itself.

However, while appearing before Parliament last week, CAA officials denied ever clearing Mukula to use the helicopter saying it was sighted as unsafe to fly.
