Museveni and cabinet
The long anticipated cabinet list that has been the talk of the 10th parliament in the corridors of power has been released. President Yoweri Museveni in this post election reshuffle named the new cabinet that retained the prime minister and other major ministers like the finance and energy ministers. In a fresh twist he appointed First Lady Janet Museveni as the minister of education and sports, having 27 women ministers out of the 80 that were named.
