President Museveni has mourned the passing of Princess Agnes Bagaya Nkwenge Kakoko Abwooli, the youngest sister of George David Matthew Kamurasi Rukidi III, the 11th Omukama of Tooro. President Museveni in his condolence message to the family of late Bagaya described the deceased as his grandmother, friend and a nationalist.
Rukidi III is the grandfather of King Oyo Nyimba Iguru. Princess Agnes Bagaya Nkwenge Kakoko Abwooli passed away at the age of 90 on Sunday at her home in Buheesi, Kabarole district.

Museveni says Bagaya was not only a beautiful woman but she was also loving, caring and a down to earth lady.

Princess Bagaya, born in 1923   is survived by seven children both from his first and second marriage. She has been battling Diabetes and hypertension.

Bagaya was born in 1923 to the late King of Tooro, David Kasagama Kyebambe III.
