Nation Television management trembles over court case

The management of NTV Uganda is reportedly not settled after one of its former sales executive sued it over failure to clear his commission earnings totaling to 23.3m.

Mr. Wabwire Wosula in his petition at the commercial court alleged that that the money accumulated from adverts he collected from the business community on behalf of NTV.

Wabwire claims that the media house has not paid him since 2009, the year he alleges to have joined NTV.

The plaintiff contends that he wants 12% of the adverts NTV has been getting from Movit products, Bank of Uganda and Parliament since 2009. He alleges that he was the one who secured them for NTV.

Sources have informed us that NTV management seems likely to reach an out of court with Wabwire.
