National Housing seeks to recruit opposition lawyers

The National Housing and Construction Company wishes to procure the services of opposition law firms to provide legal services to the company as and when requested to do so. Sources in National Housing told us that the company wishes to recruit opposition leaning lawyers’ because they are good.

The company first advertised for the services of lawyers last year. But all the law firms that reportedly applied for the services and qualified were owned by government lawyers. These firms failed to deliver. Due to this, the National Housing decided to register firms owned by opposition lawyers.

The opposition law firms willing to submit in their application should do so before 5th March 2014. The bid documents can still be obtained from National Housing website at www.nhcc.co.ug/procurement or procurement department.

The National Housing and and Construction Company shall open the bids on 5th March, 2014.
