National Theatre to hold Latin Night

On the 28th of July 2010, Uganda National Theatre will hold its monthly Latin Night that will begin at 7:30pm.

Latin dance rumba performance

The night will feature different groups of dancers showcasing various dances that are of Latin origin like Salsa, Rumba, Samba, Cha Cha and Merengue.

People interested in attending the night will have to part with 5,000 shillings to enjoy the night watching expressions of the Latin culture through dance.

The show is dubbed “no dancing, no video shooting, no kissing”

The show is a good destination for those interested in Latin dances known for their energetic tantalizing rhythms that allure many a people to the dance floor. It always takes place every last Wednesday of the month.

The Latin night that started over a year ago has not always attracted so many patrons and most of the audience that turns up for the night consists of mainly expatriates despite that the dances at the show are well executed and with the best of lighting.
