The National Resistance Movement (NRM) would like to congratulate Dr. Pascal Odoch, MP elect Padyere Constituency, Nebbi District upon his overwhelming victory (Dr.Pascal Odoch 14816, Anywarch Joshua NRM Independent 10,086, Amule Okwir FDC 4200, Olangi Charles UPC 2818,) as flag bearer in the just concluded by-election and all the other Candidates who participated in this democratic process.

We also congratulate the people of Padyere, especially the NRM supporters, for having voted for the NRM Party. This is yet another by-election in the many of Rukiga County, Budiope County and Padyere County that NRM has won; a clear indicator that the people of Uganda appreciate what the NRM Government is doing for them. We thank the people of Uganda for the trust and continued support.

We look forward to this continued support during the up-coming 2011 National elections which shall consolidate election gains the party has realized.

Long live President Museveni, long live NRM.
